At Action for Community Health (ACH), our mission is rooted in the communities we serve. We focus our resources where they are needed most, currently operating active projects in three key regions of South Sudan

Juba & Magwi: Building Resilience & Unity

In these critical hubs, our work centers on the integration, stabilization, and capacity building of internally displaced persons (IDPs), returnees, and host communities.

Our Focus: Improving living conditions and fostering peaceful coexistence through community-led infrastructure and social support.
The Goal: Empowering families to move from survival to self-sufficiency.

Yei: Health, Livelihood, and Protection

In Yei, ACH implements the Inclusive Social Health, Livelihood, and Protection Project.

Our Focus: Providing equitable access to healthcare, securing sustainable livelihoods for vulnerable households, and ensuring the protection of human rights.
The Goal: Creating a safety net for the most marginalized members of the community to ensure no one is left behind.
