He has served in senior roles across reputable financial institutions, including the Bank of South Sudan, where he contributed to strengthening financial systems, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
With a strong background in public finance and strategic planning, he brings sound oversight, accountability, and transparency to his leadership. As Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Action for Community Health (ACH), he provides strategic direction and financial stewardship, ensuring strong governance and long-term sustainability in advancing the organization’s mission.
Mr. Khamis John Bebe holds a Master’s Degree in Business Management, a Master’s Degree in Health Systems Management, and a Master’s Degree in Public Health with a specialization in Infectious Diseases. He is also a PhD candidate. He brings extensive professional experience in programming, project management, and organizational leadership. Over the years, he has worked with government institutions and reputable international organizations, and has served on the boards of several national organizations, leading and guiding high-impact development and humanitarian initiatives.
With a strong background in health systems strengthening, NTDs, WASH, management, and strategic project implementation, he offers deep technical expertise, operational leadership, and a results-driven approach. As the Executive Director of Action for Community Health (ACH), he provides overall strategic leadership, program oversight, and institutional stewardship aimed at advancing sustainable and impactful community health outcomes.
With strong background in Engineering and expertise in both technical and programme management, Mr. Arafat integrates engineering knowledge with strategic planning, budgeting, implementation, and monitoring to deliver practical, cost effective, and results driven interventions.

Mr. Ladule Christopher, has a strong background in Agriculture and Public Health, combining technical expertise with programme management experience to deliver integrated development interventions. He applies knowledge in sustainable agriculture, food security, and community health to design, implement, and monitor programmes that address both livelihood and public health outcomes. By blending sector expertise with strategic planning, budgeting, and team coordination, he ensures programmes are technically sound, responsive to community needs, and results driven. Mrs. Lonah is an experienced finance professional with extensive expertise in financial management, accounting, and organizational oversight. She combines strong technical knowledge in budgeting, reporting, and compliance with strategic financial planning to ensure robust and transparent management of resources.
